KnowMe · Revision 2026-09-01
Beta application privacy notice
This notice covers the information you submit before you have a KnowMe account.
What we collect
We collect your name, work email, business or project name, role, optional website, and the outcome you want KnowMe to help with. We also record the notice version and submission timestamps. We do not store your IP address with the application.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your fit for the private beta, prevent duplicate applications, contact you about access, and keep a record of the review decision. Submitting the form does not create a KnowMe account, tenant, or product workspace.
Approval and welcome
A KnowMe operator reviews each application. If approved, a separate operator action asks our authentication provider to create or locate your identity and send an invitation. You still complete the current in-product terms, privacy, and AI-processing notices before using KnowMe.
Retention and choices
We keep application and decision records while we administer the beta and as reasonably needed for security, access, and compliance. You may ask us to withdraw or delete your application by emailing hello@joinknowme.com. We do not use beta application text to train AI models.
Who can see it
Application details are available only through the authenticated KnowMe Admin portal to allowlisted operators. They are not written through a browser database client and are not part of a member's product context.
